I’m Anna, a sports scientist with a specialty in biomechanics, injury prevention, and strength and conditioning.
Now nearing the end of my PhD research journey, my years of experience working with athletes and lecturing in across a range of subjects within sports science, has cultivated my passion for building robust athletes by bridging the gap between science, education and performance.
Athlete Motion Lab was born to help athletes of all levels optimize their performance, prevent injuries, and move with efficiency and confidence. Grounded in biomechanics and sports science, I believe in applying an evidence-based approach to athlete development, by combining cutting-edge research with real-world application.
The Approach
First, we get the fundamentals right. Balance, mobility, strength, speed, and coordination. Through movement analysis and personalized technique or training strategies, I want to help athletes reach their potential. My goal is to help you move better, perform stronger, and stay injury-free.
